Blake and Brody are young leaders in the industry with a combined experience of over a decade. Their vision is to redefine real estate investment, focusing on high-growth sectors like Build For Rent, Multifamily, and Short Term Rentals. Currently, they are raising capital for luxury ground up construction and fix-n-flip properties in the 30A and Panama City Beach markets that offer competitive returns to their investors.

Brody has amassed five years of impressive experience as a commercial real estate broker. In managing transactions exceeding $500 million, he has established a strong rapport with a client base consisting of Institutions, Private Equity, and REITs. His specialty lies in deal sourcing and equity capital, demonstrating an ability to identify profitable opportunities and generate significant returns.
Before his venture into real estate, Brody was a professional baseball player for the Houston Astros organization, an experience that instilled in him a strong sense of determination and resilience. These traits, combined with his industry expertise, significantly contribute to our firm’s strategic growth and operational efficiency.
Blake Wiggins
Blake brings six years of experience in residential real estate to our team. As the overseer of over $200 million in multi-state real estate developments, he demonstrates expertise in managing day-to-day operations and driving performance. His specialty lies in residential development and sales, an area where his analytical skills and market understanding shine.
Before entering real estate, Blake was a professional baseball player for the Cincinnati Reds organization, an experience that cultivated discipline and resilience. Today, these attributes underscore his professional approach to real estate, enhancing our firm’s operations and strategy execution.
